Where is Swyft Web Studio located?

We are based at N-78 Abul Fazal Enclave, Okhla, New Delhi 110024, India. While we are physically located in India, we specialize in serving clients in the United States, Canada, and the UK, with USA-timezone-friendly communication and support.

Do you work with US-based businesses?

Absolutely. The majority of our clients are US-based businesses across industries including SaaS, real estate, healthcare, retail, legal, and professional services. We are fully set up for remote collaboration with US clients, including EST/PST timezone availability.

How do we communicate during a project?

We communicate via email, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp — whatever works best for you. You will have a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact throughout the engagement.

What makes Swyft Web Studio different from a US agency?

Do you sign NDAs?

What are your working hours?

Our core hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST. We also offer extended hours for US clients: EST overlap (8:30 PM – Midnight IST) and PST overlap (11:30 PM – 3 AM IST). Emergency support is available 24/7.

How much does a website cost?

Website costs vary based on complexity, features, and design requirements. A standard business website typically starts from $800, while custom web applications can range from $3,000 to $30,000+. How do you charge for projects?

We use milestone-based billing for most projects — you pay in installments tied to project milestones (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% at design approval, 30% on final delivery). This protects both parties and ensures you only pay as you see results.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (wire transfer), PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), and credit/debit cards. All transactions are in USD for US clients. Invoices are provided for every payment.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees, ever. Your detailed proposal will itemize every cost. The only additional costs that may arise are third-party services (domain registration, hosting, paid plugins) which we will always discuss and get your approval before purchasing.

Do you offer monthly retainer plans?

Yes. For ongoing services like SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and website maintenance, we offer flexible monthly retainer packages. These are customized based on your business needs and goals.

Timelines depend on complexity: a landing page takes 3–5 days, a standard business website takes 2–3 weeks, an e-commerce store takes 4–6 weeks, and a complex web application can take 3–6 months. We provide a detailed timeline in every project proposal.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Do you provide website hosting?

We can manage your hosting setup and recommend the best hosting for your needs (AWS, SiteGround, Cloudways, etc.). Hosting is billed separately at cost. We also offer ongoing website maintenance and management packages.

Who owns the website and code after launch?

You own 100% of your website, code, design files, and all related assets upon final payment. We will provide full handover with all credentials, source files, and documentation.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes! Website redesign is one of our most popular services. We can modernize your existing site while maintaining or improving your current SEO rankings, traffic, and user data.
